the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. the park view from my standard double or twin room park view was very calming, though the balcony was a bit small
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the garden.

I loved the botanical garden on the hotel grounds. It was like i was in paradise. breakfast on the fifth floor of the murialdo suite building offered lovely views. two outdoor pools plus an indoor pool and spa provided ample space to relax. the baby playroom was large. It kept our little one busy for hours. the staff was attentive and very friendly. it was amazing!!!

Breakfast included a wide variety of options. It was more than sufficient. the capannina offered excellent meals with charming staff, including giulia and helena. they showed genuine interest in the food and wine they served, greatly adding to the experience.

The junior suite park view was spacious and very clean. the murialdo suite had a kitchenette and a living room. It included two balconies. luxury products were stocked in the bathroom, and personalized flip flops were provided for each guest.

The hotel is very close to the lake with lovely surroundings, and views are great from every angle. the hotel is about 20-30 minutes from the historic town. A lakeside promenade connects the two. the ponale and monte brione trails are reachable from the hotel.

the hotel boasts an really good spa with a wonderful massage service. there are bike rentals available at the hotel for exploring the surroundings. the fitness area is well equipped and easily accessible. the park also includes lakes and tranquil spots.

The staff overall was polite and helpful. reception staff were friendly. They handled requests efficiently. the staff who helped with luggage transport were attentive. the housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Pleasant Experience with Minor Issues

My family and I liked the excellent breakfast. The choices were abundant (especially the omelets made to order). I also enjoyed the location, situated within a beautiful park with access to the lake. (The gardens were indeed immaculate!)
I did notice the main building felt a bit dated. The room lacked some amenities such as water bottles and filtered water, even after requesting them. I thought for the price, these extras should be standard.

i found ants crawling on the bed (this was really unpleasant). the staff said this was a common issue and the ants are attracted to the bed fabric itself. i didn't sleep well .
